Francisco Alcala, an Associate Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., graduated from the California State University Fullerton with his bachelor’s degree in finance. Mr. Alcala earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School, where he graduated cum laude, while serving on Law Review, as a Dean’s Fellow, and a Teaching Assistant.
Prior to joining Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., Mr. Alcala has diverse litigation experience which includes defending doctors, hospitals, and medical organizations against malpractice and personal injury lawsuits. He has also served as counsel for one of the largest privately held broker-dealers in the financial services industry, as well as commercial counsel to Fortune 500 organizations in the technology and bioscience industries on various stages of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Alcala’s breadth of experience and desire to help people has led him to become a zealous advocate for his lemon law clients and their needs.
