Andrea Plata is an associate attorney with Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. Ms. Plata’s practice focuses on consumer litigation in state and federal courts.
While attending law school, Ms. Plata devoted her time to consumer advocacy work with a plaintiff’s lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., Ms. Plata also practiced in general civil litigation, and defense litigation representing manufacturers and dealers in lemon law matters. Ms. Plata’s prior lemon law experience on the defense side has bolstered her understanding and capacity as a litigator for consumer rights.
Ms. Plata earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
